Take the time to prune trees and shrubs, and make sure they aren’t too close to the roof or foundation. Does your driveway need minor repairs or painting?
Make sure you can open all windows; clean the slides if necessary or add lubricant. Are the mosquito nets in good condition? Do you have broken windows?
A lubricant or gasket will often solve most problems. Are the toilets working well? Is the water pressure good? The pipe which brought the water was made of steel and almost 100% blocked. Work of $ 1000 was necessary to replace the whole.
